Things can change in under 24-hours, and over here, the weather is one of them.
The rain, the thunder and lightning started at around 4am out East (around Eunos), and didn't reach Jurong (in the west) until about 9am.
This is a comment from a Facebook friend "you have to have the rainy days so we can enjoy the beautiful days. Never take anything for granted. :)"
The weather works in mysterious ways here. It can be pouring with rain out West, and it can be sunny and hot in the East, but this can change in a matter of hours.
